2. What we collect
We collect two categories of information:
Information you give us
- Your name, email, company, role, and any message you send through the contact form.
- Information you share during a scoping call or in subsequent written correspondence (for example, project details, access credentials you choose to share, or materials needed to do the work).
Information we collect automatically
- Standard server logs: IP address, user-agent, referrer, and the URL you requested. We use these for security, debugging, and to keep the site running.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and evaluate whether we can help.
- To deliver services under a signed engagement and communicate about the work.
- To run and improve our website and keep it secure against abuse.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent it out.

5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers we use to operate the business — for example, cloud hosting, email, file storage, accounting, and payment processors. Each of them processes data under a written agreement that limits how they can use it.

6. International transfers
Our service providers may be located outside Georgia. When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) as required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep it
- Contact-form messages: up to 24 months from last correspondence, unless we've started a working relationship.
- Client engagement data: for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
We delete or anonymise data when we no longer need it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@weblier.com. We'll verify who you are and reply within a reasonable time.
If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use only the minimum cookies and local-storage entries needed to run the site (for example, remembering your light/dark mode preference). We do not use advertising or cross-site-tracking cookies.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and written agreements with providers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we're careful with what we hold.
11. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, reach out to clients directly.
