Who is responsible
The data controller is Tech Phoenix LTD (operating as Weblier), identification number 400334250, Avto Varazi Street 99D, 0186 Tbilisi, Georgia. Privacy contact: hello@weblier.com. A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the law does not require one for processing of this scale.
What data we collect and where it comes from
Everything comes directly from you. The contact form collects your name, email, project type and message (required) and a phone or Telegram handle (optional). The server temporarily keeps technical records, such as your IP address, for security and spam protection. Your device stores your language choice and your cookie consent decision. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics additionally collects usage data — pages viewed, approximate location at city level, and device and browser characteristics.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
Responding to your inquiry and discussing your project — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and performance of that contract if we work together. Security and spam protection — our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. Language and consent storage — necessary to provide functions you explicitly requested. Analytics — exclusively your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. We do not rely on consent for contact-form data, so submitting the form is not a consent transaction.
Required and optional information
Name, email and message are required — without them we simply cannot answer you. Phone or Telegram is optional and only used if you prefer to be contacted there. We never ask for identification numbers, addresses, dates of birth or any sensitive information, and you should not include such information in your message.
Who receives the data
Your data is handled by our hosting provider (Vercel), stored in our own database, and passed to Resend, the service that delivers our email correspondence. If you consent to analytics, usage data is also processed by Google (Google Analytics). We never sell your data and never share it with anyone else.
International transfers
Resend processes email in the United States, protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in Resend's data processing agreement. Google processes analytics data — collected only with your consent — in the United States as well, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Everything else stays on our own infrastructure.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not turn into a project: 60 days after our last exchange, then deleted or anonymized. Project and contract correspondence: for the duration of the engagement plus legally required record-keeping. Consent records: 180 days, after which we ask again. Server logs: short, rotating retention.
Cookies
The site uses one strictly necessary cookie (your language) and one strictly necessary storage entry (your cookie decision). With your consent — and only then — Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga cookies to measure how the site is used; if you decline or withdraw, nothing from Google loads and the cookies are deleted. We also measure page performance with Vercel's cookieless, aggregated analytics, which store nothing on your device and cannot identify you. There are no advertising technologies. Your rights
You can request information about the processing, access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or blocking, portability where applicable — and you can withdraw any consent or object to direct marketing at any time. Write to hello@weblier.com; we verify identity proportionately and respond within the statutory deadlines. You can also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge) or, in the EU/EEA, with your local supervisory authority.
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions and build no profiles. A human reads every message.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS, submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, access to stored messages is restricted, and we run no analytics that could see your form data. Personal data is kept out of application logs.
Changes
If we update this policy, the change is published on this page with a new date. If a change affects how your consent is used, we ask for your consent again.
