[ Services — Event websites ]
Event websites with every application in one place.
An event has many audiences at once: participants, press, sponsors and guests. We build sites that give each of them a clear way in, collect every application in one queue, and let your team run the whole site from season to season.
01 — Overview
Event website development: from scattered forms to one queue.
Applications for an event often arrive by email, through online forms and in private messages, and someone has to piece them together every season. On one site each participant has their own form, photos and files go to private storage, every applicant gets a confirmation email, and all applications land in one queue with statuses and notes. Between seasons the site keeps working, and your team updates the gallery and participant pages itself.
02 — What it does
What an event site needs.
What already works on GGFW's site, fitted to your event.
An application for every participant
On GGFW's site designers, showroom brands, models, photographers, press, content creators and sponsors each have their own form. On yours, each role gets a form with only the questions it needs.
Photos and files, kept private
Participants upload portfolios and photos of up to 25 MB straight to private storage and get a confirmation email. Only your team sees their personal details.
Every application in one queue
Your team reviews applications by status, adds notes and exports a CSV, with no searching through an inbox.
A gallery, and a page for every participant
Every frame of the event sorted into albums, with a full-screen viewer and photographer credits. Each participant gets a page of their own with a bio and their work.
Two languages, done properly
English and Georgian, each typeset on its own terms. Visitors land in their browser's language.
A panel that lasts from season to season
Invite-only access with separate roles. Your team edits every page in both languages and keeps the newsletter list, and every save updates the site straight away.
03 — Our work
GGFW: a fashion week site we built in 2026.
A bilingual home for Georgia Global Fashion Week: seven application forms, a gallery, designer pages and a management panel with five roles. The GGFW team runs the whole site themselves.

Yes, that can be added. GGFW's site doesn't sell tickets, but we've already built card payments through Bank of Georgia on Log Travel's site. Ticket sales are priced with your project before work starts.
Yes. All pages, the gallery and participant pages are edited from the management panel without code. We show your team how at launch.
You see the first working demo within a week. A one-page site usually launches in 2–3 weeks; a site with applications takes longer. Tell us your event date early so we can plan back from it.
As many as your guests need. Each language has its own address, so Google shows the right version. GGFW's site works in English and Georgian.
