01
The brief.
A tour operator running small-group tours and treks across Georgia, from Svaneti and Tusheti to Kakheti and Tbilisi, with guides who grew up there.
Travellers plan a trek like this weeks ahead and want to know exactly what they are getting: the route, the difficulty, the group size and whether a seat is still free. Log Travel needed a site that answers all of that and takes the booking and the payment on the spot, and a back office where a small team handles every booking, payment and refund in one place.
02
What we built.
01
Find a tour, see the seats.
Search by where, when and style, then filter by region, length and month. Every card and every departure shows the seats that are left, so travellers know where they stand before they ask. The site speaks English, Georgian, German and Arabic, with Arabic laid out right to left.
02
A route map for every trek.
Each tour page draws its route on its own map: stretches by car and on foot, overnight stops and peaks. Travellers can step through it day by day, zoom in and go full screen.
03
Book and pay, or ask first.
Pick a departure and the number of travellers, then pay by card through Bank of Georgia to confirm the seats straight away, or send a question first with no payment and get a reply within a day.
04
An admin made for the team.
A dashboard with upcoming departures and how full they are; bookings with filters and a detail view for each one, with its timeline, trip, payment, internal notes and history. From there the team emails a traveller a payment link, issues invoices and credit notes and handles refunds, and edits tours and the journal in the same place. The team works in Georgian, English or German.
