The brief.
A staffing agency in Stockholm for warehouse and logistics, construction, retail and IT, with a focus on people new to Sweden or far from the job market.
Mobily speaks to two audiences at once: companies that need staff, and people looking for work. The brief was to replace the old static site with one that gives each a clear path in Swedish and English, shows live openings from the recruitment system the team already uses, and lets the team change every word themselves.

What we built.
01
A design that opens doors.
The design grows out of the logo: five photo panels cut in its door shape and colours swing open as the page loads. It is pure CSS, and stays still for anyone who prefers reduced motion. Two paths split on the first screen: order staff, or find a job.

Live jobs from their recruitment system.
Openings come straight from OneCruiter, the recruitment system Mobily uses, but appear in the site's own design instead of an embedded widget. Application forms are rebuilt from OneCruiter's own definitions, CVs upload directly, and “Sign in with LinkedIn” fills in the basics.

Mobily Studio.
A management panel where the team edits every text in Swedish and English, looks after media and the team page, and handles enquiries from companies and job seekers in one place, with export. Saves go live immediately, with no rebuild.

Built for Stockholm.
Hosted in the Stockholm region next to its database and file storage, with its own image service that serves resized WebP. The old site's addresses redirect to the new pages, and every page carries language tags and employment-agency structured data for search.
