Why we stay small
Four is not a stepping stone — it's the product. Every engagement is handled by the people whose names are on this page: no account managers, no junior bench, no hand-offs. You talk to the person writing the code, and the person writing the code has done this for years.
Being based in Tbilisi keeps our costs honest without touching quality — which is why teams in Stockholm and Boston ship products with us that would cost two to three times more at home.
How an engagement runs
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed fee. You get a demo every week, a written update every week, and code in your repo from day one. Engagements end with the work running in production — CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, keys handed back.
We work Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Tbilisi time (GMT+4), with overlap windows built in for EU and US clients — and async-first habits that make time zones a non-issue.
